This Limited Warranty applies only to The Ice Dam Remover, purchased from Clear Industries (the “Ice Dam Remover”).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Clear Industries will repair or replace, at no charge, The Ice Dam Remover or parts of the product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Clear Industries will either repair The Ice Dam Remover at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or we will ship you replacement parts at our discretion.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for The Ice Dam Remover purchased from Clear Industries is 1 year from the date of purchase.

The Ice Dam Remover replacement or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original purchase of The Ice Dam Remover.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

You must pay the shipping costs to and from our return facility.
